Himika
Today I started constructing DegP+RFP with I0500-B0034. This is the circuit that will allow the team to build the cytoplasmic+ periiplasmic stress master circuit. I0500-B0034 is the placeholder where other teams would be able to insert their GOI (gene of interest). I also made overnight cultures of I0500-B0034-MalE construction.
