Today I miniprepped I0500-B0034-MalE circuit. I miniprepped 12 colonies which will be digested tomorrow for verification. I also subcultured CpxR-RFP system with MalE31 system. I also looked into contacting the BCEM professors for refining of the mathematical model. I also got a response back from Centennial High and I will be presenting to them within a couple of weeks.
