pSB1T3 Plate 1 7A Tetracycline pSB1C3 Plate 1 3A

We are pulling the tet resistant plasmid from Plate 1 well 7A

Put di H2O - 10 ul in the wll and pump slowly then draw up 5 ul of the di H2O + tetracycline

We can do 100 ug/ml
