Rachel Ran gel of plasmid digests at 90 volts. Digestion reactionsof Eut S, LK, and MN plasmids. Eut S plasmid digested with EcoRI/SpeI. Eut L-N digested with EcoRI/XbaI. Stored at thirty seven degrees Celsius overnight.
