Transformation of Curli, Phasin, 24M and 22B succeed
Agarose gel electrophoris for the verification of the digestion of the August 30th :
- The 14K, 18A, 8C and 24A was good. We will do again I0500,4O and 10L
New PCR with L2+1N with the universel primers
Extraction of Curli, phasin (on 2 clones), 22B (on 3 clones) and 24M (on 3 clones)
Digestion :
- Curli with E+S
- Phasin with X+P
