DNA extraction of phasin and phasin-intein

Digestion :

  1. Phasin-intein, phasin, 2P and L2/1N : with X+P
  2. Phaisn-intein, phasin, 1N and 18A : with S+P
  3. L2/1N : with E+P
  4. phaA/phaB : with E

Agar gel electrophoresis fro verification and purification :

  1. phasin and phasin-intein : OK, a lot of DNA, purification
  2. No DNA for all of the other digestions although there is DNA in the extraction

Cultures on plate of phaA/phaB, 12/13, 2P and L2/1N
