Parts Assembly

Restriction digest of following parts was done.

14f, 21f, 6e

The basic approach was to ligate the desired insert into the plasmid backbone containing the RBS insert. The digests were gel purified and concentration was measured. A 1:3 ligation was done for the following parts.

14f+6e, 21f+6e

The ligation mix was transformed by electroporation and plated and kept for overnight incubation.

DNA sequencing for the Fusion protein was sent
