AHL Sensor
Started AHL-assay with part 24 (BBa_T9002). Testing HHL concentrations ranging from 150nM to 1500nM and adding it to a bacterial culture to the final volume of 200µl.
Measurements done at 37 C for a total of 3 hours.
Improvements were designed for the next time
