Western Blot started of C3-S-Immunotoxin to check if the Immunotoxin is expressed.

Cloning

Western Blot from yesterday finished. Observed one band which did NOT correspond to the right size. Furthermore the negative control failed! Reason not known. Maybe it is another protein with a His-tag which is present on the C3 plasmid.
