• Western Blot started of C3-S-Immunotoxin to check if the Immunotoxin is expressed.

• Western Blot from yesterday finished. Observed one band which did NOT correspond to the right size. Furthermore the negative control failed! Maybe it is another protein with a His-tag which is present on the C3 plasmid.
