Lab work

Overnight we have grown the cells containing the plasmids . Today we have isolated the plasmids. These are the backbones for BioBricks that we are planning to make as well as a GFP-TT BioBrick

Education

Today we have an appointment at the [http://www.museum.tudelft.nl Science Center], a science museum here in Delft. They are interested in making a section within the museum about iGEM and synthetic biology.
