5/31/2010 Lab notes
1.	Went to the lab (room 1230 in the ERB) at 12:30PM with Charlie and plugged in the New Brunswick incubator/shaker.  Tested it.  Both incubation and shaking are working.
2.	May need to calibrate the temperature on the incubator/shaker with a thermometer.
3.	Cleaned the sinks, counters, and fume hoods.
4.	Need to throw out some items near the right door and contact Pablo about removal of chemicals in the fume hood near the left door.
5.	Swept and moped floors in lab room 1239 and cleaned sinks and bench.
6.	Swept floors in 1230- still needs to be mopped after garbage is removed.
7.	Gas needs to be tested.
8.	Things we may need:
        2 x 30 gallon carboys for distilled H2O
        Ethanol, water, and detergent bottles
