Quorum addiction module

• The minipreps done on the 25 failed, so we did them again.

Module hydrogen

• We stored the ldhA deleted mutant and tested again the other deletion candidate
• We continue the purification process for the deletion candidate
• We continue to try to obtain other deletion candidates

Module homologous recombination

• We digested the two resistance cassette in order to insert them in the pSB1C3

Module heavy metals detection

• We inserted the gene of the carotene behind a constitutive promoter
• We inserted the copper sensitive promoter in front of a RFP
