Module hydrogen

• We continue the purification process for the deletion candidate and we tried again other deletions for the other genes
• We continue to try to obtain other deletion candidates

Module homologous recombination

• We started again liquid culture in order to do a minipreparation for the cm and kan resistance cassette inserted in a TOPO plasmid

Module heavy metals detection

• We inserted the gene of the carotene behind the copper sensitive promoter

Other

• We extruded from the igem 2010 kit plate, a RBS, promoter and terminator in order to do constructions with the different genes. We intended to do a maxipreparation of the RBS, promoter and terminator.
