Overnight cell culture- OD600= 1.099

3pm- put cells in 0mM, 0.5mM, 1mM, and 2.5 mM catechol solution

-also plated 0hr and left in 37C incubator

-left catechol-exposed culture in 30C incubator for 2hr and 4hr timepoints

No cells in plate: did not add chlorophecol to overnight culture-->might be the problem
