Samples in 37°C at 1:00 PM Took out at 2:00 PM, PCR cleanup, eluted in 40μl of Buffer EB
Ligation of digested psB1C3 + Tat-Linker
30 μl total reaction 15 μl buffer 2x 2 μl ligase 2 μl vector 11 μl insert (Tat-L)
in 4°C at 5:30 PM
