2. correction of the circuit
1) Making much more plasmids B and C than A. The LacI-bonding plasmids will be excepted from the circuit. LacI-non- bonding plasmids B,C ,which exist much more than plasmid A, will continue the next circuit.

2)The role of LuxR is activating the plasmid B, but if the LacI exists continuously, the circuit is uselessness. So it would be better to change the LuxR gene to the other gene, X(sometheing). The gene X must separate the LacI from promoter. The geneX, which can be used for this circuit, must have allosteric property.
